Restarting my tumblr with:

Board Paddling Skills and Techniques
The knee paddling stroke can be broken down into five phases - reach, catch, pull, release, recovery.
The Reach
Reach out and take a full stroke.
The arms should extend to the maximum.
Look forward and keep the head and chest close to the hoard, your butt should be up.
Common Errors:
Not fully extending arms
Keeping head and chest too high.

Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy - Acupressure
I was reading the chapter on Physiotherapy techniques by Pryor & Prasad, 2011 and found that acupressure can be used for some cardiopulmonary problems.
CV 17 (Ren Vessel)
On the sternum roughly midway between the nipples. Used for shortness of breath and in conjunction with breathing exercises. Works well by applying straight pressure to the point on exhalation
